Home made venison steak or chicken & bacon pies

Real meat and plenty of it!  Delivered frozen in a polystrene box, these pies are cooked meat in a raw pastry.  To get a lovely brown pastry, brush the top of the pie with beaten egg first, then cook from frozen for 70 minutes at 160 C.  The pastry will be crispy, the meat piping hot and succulent.

Life may well be a compromise, but food shouldn't be!  Choose venison or chicken & smokey bacon.
