Smoked salmon and trout pate

Made from the trimmings of smoked salmon, smoked trout, cream, butter, lemon juice and black pepper. 

Now with a new recipe, previously we used margarine because it was softer than butter but I read the ingredient list and was horrified. So now it is butter but with a little more cream.

The change is for the better!!!!!!!
